Students from the Department of English Language and Literature at University College Bedër held a visit to the US Embassy in Tirana. The purpose of this visit was the sharing of experiences and the knowledge of students with knowledge about the fields of culture, literature, international relations, education and American history. The students were welcomed by Ms. Leyla Moses-Ones, charged with work as a temporary U.S. Ambassador to our country, who discussed with them about the above topics.
Mrs. Leyla Moses-Ones first introduced to the students the ambassador’s premises, while explaining the history of diplomatic relations between the two countries. She also shared her experience in the field of international relations. Students showed interest in history and elements of American culture. They were also interested in study opportunities or professional practice in the USA.
